I'm just now getting around to sorting through Monterey pictures. I favored my Instagram app for much of the trip, so I wasn't the best about getting photos out of Ye Olde Rebel.
After our A's game, we BART'ed our way back to Pleasanton, got in the car, and hit 680. We were Monterey-bound! We arrived in the late afternoon and were gifted with gorgeous weather for some quick beach combing. We then walked down to Cannery Row to hit up Bubba Gumps. We knew the girls would get a kick out of it.
We stayed overnight at Hotel Pacific, a dreamy little place just down from the Doubletree. We loved it. I wish I had taken more photos of our room, but I was pooped!

As expected, the touch pools were a big hit. The girls talked this poor (patient) docent's ears off.
