...so that I can fit back into my pants.
...so I can dance at my grandchildren's weddings.
...to give my heart what-for (and my love-handles).
...to fight disease.
...to clear the fog that accumulates in my brain daily.
...so I can return to my family a saner, happier person.
...to feel "the high."
...to feel strong.
...so I can have uninterrupted ME time: MY music, MY thoughts, NO questions.

Because I can.
Because there is still breath left in my body and spring left in my step.

I run...and I love your reasons. They seem to be my reasons too.
Although fighting shin splints right now..someone is helping me with
